  • It’s simple! Browse our catalog, select the items you need, choose your rental dates, and check out online. We'll handle the rest.

  • Absolutely! If you need the gear for longer than expected, contact us as soon as possible to extend your rental. Extensions are subject to availability.

  • Yes, a refundable 15% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your item. This will be fully refunded if you decide to cancel within 48 hours of the rental period.

  • We get it—accidents happen. If something goes wrong, let us know immediately. You’ll be responsible for repair costs or replacement fees, depending on the extent of the damage. On large orders, you may be asked to provide proof of insurance before renting with us.

  • We require proof of insurance for certain high-value items. If you don’t have insurance, reach out to us, and we can guide you on your options.

  • We’ve got you covered! Our team is happy to provide a quick tutorial or answer questions before your rental. Just ask!

  • We require all rentals to be submitted at least 24 hours in advance. We cannot provide last-minute or same-day rentals. 

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a fee.

  • Let us know! We’re always expanding our inventory, and we may be able to source specific items for you.

  • Yes, returning gear late without prior notice will result in additional fees. Please contact us if you think you’ll be delayed.

  • Of course! Build your package with as many items as you need for your shoot. Bundle deals may be available for larger orders.
